Creative Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  

• Manage end-to-end creative processes for multiple projects across dialects.
  

• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  

• Coordinate with allied teams (marketing, content, performance) to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  

• Creative Leadership:
  

• Guide and mentor a team of creative leads handling promos, trailers, teasers, posters, and ads.
  

• Provide strategic creative direction to enhance the impact and effectiveness of all visual and video content.
  

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and design across all formats.
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  

• Act as the key point of contact for allied teams, understanding creative briefs and translating them into actionable plans.
  

• Foster strong communication channels between creative and non-creative stakeholders to streamline workflows.
  

• Outcome Ownership:
  

• Take full accountability for the quality and performance of creative assets.
  

• Monitor content performance, gather feedback, and optimize future deliverables based on data-driven insights.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in OTT, media, or digital content industries.
  

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
  

• Excellent project management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Proven track record in delivering high-quality creative outputs across formats (trailers, promos, ads, posters, etc.).
  

• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual design, and content marketing principles.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  

• Proficiency in creative tools and project management software is a plus.
