Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You'll be an integral part of our Creatives Growth team, composed of a Creative Lead, 5 Unity Video Designers, 4 Motion Designers, and 2 Creative Dev. Your role involves working alongside the UA and Publishing team coordinating cross-functionally to ensure that we reach objectives.

Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

As a Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and organizing the creative process of our growth creatives team, ensuring efficient task execution, high-quality output, and alignment with our strategic goals.

• Prioritize and oversee the creative process for game titles on the creative team.
• Develop and execute creative plans (briefs), ensuring quality control and providing feedback.
• Brainstorm and test new creative ideas and hypotheses.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors and identify new concepts and trends.
• Analyze performance data of creatives and advertising materials to inform strategy.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in creative management or similar roles. Experience in gaming is a big plus.
• Knowledge and interest in mobile gaming, with a keen understanding of game mechanics and market trends.
• Data-driven, with an understanding of ad/gaming metrics and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Experience managing teams is a significant plus.

Soft Skills:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent organization skills, capable of multitasking and adapting to change.
• Proactive and curious, eager to dive into new topics and explore new ideas.
