Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and a proven track record of deploying LLMs to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models, particularly focusing on LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Flan – T5, and similar architectures
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Communicate findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Ensure the scalability and robustness of LLM solutions in production environments
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructure and practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on natural language processing and LLMs
  • Proficiency in Python & PySpark
  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Strong understanding of LLM architectures, training techniques, and fine-tuning methods
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Azure MLOps or other SDLC tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in a start-up, fast-growth, rapid-change environment
  • Must be self-motivated, dedicated to quality and must always strive to “do the right thing”
