The Delivery Lead Manager will focus on improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes such as strategic planning, supply demand, hiring and sourcing, on-boarding and integration, training and development, objective-setting and performance management, and compensation and rewards. The individual will identify and assess complex problems, create solutions requiring in-depth evaluation, and adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interaction with senior management is expected, potentially involving alternative approaches. The role also involves managing large-medium sized teams or work efforts. The work may require rotational shifts.
