DevOps Team Leader

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Devops Team Leader for our infrastructure team.

• Lead a large, global team of DevOps Engineers
• Work with developers, SRE and automation engineers to architect solutions that increase efficiency, scale, reliability and observability across Moon Active’s architecture
• Continuous improvement of CI/CD processes of the company
• Provide DevOps solutions to complex architecture challenges
• Own multiple AWS environments across multiple accounts
• Lead by personal example, mentor and educate towards best practices
• Empower engineers to be independent, while aligning to correct standards and reusability

• 3+ years experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering manager
• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
• Extensive knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
• Significant experience with IaC (Terraform/Cloudformation/Pulumi)
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
• Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Experience working with version control systems (GitHub) and GitOps flows
• Experience with database management (Redis, MySQL, MongoDB Atlas)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus/New Relic)
• Experience with security, compliance, and quality assurance standards
• Excellent sense of ownership and accountability
