We are looking for an IT Specialist to support the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and network systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing solutions and ensuring systems are running efficiently. The IT Specialist will also play a key role in supporting users by providing technical assistance and training as needed.

Please note that this is an ON-SITE role in Vaughan!

Requirements

Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Systems Maintenance: Maintain and administer the company’s IT systems.
Network Administration: Monitor, manage, and secure the organization’s networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Software and Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware equipment.
Backup and Recovery: Manage and ensure data backup processes are in place and functioning correctly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, processes, and changes. Create user manuals, technical guides, and reports as necessary.
