Frima est à la recherche d’un.e Directeur.trice, développement des affaires afin d’aider son équipe en développement des affaires à monter de niveau.

Ce à quoi ressembleront tes semaines
  • Participation, en collaboration avec la vice-présidence à la mise en place d’un plan solide de développement des affaires pour Frima et ses différentes filiales;
  • Élaboration d’objectifs de ventes et KPIs en lien avec la stratégie de l’entreprise;
  • Participation  au développement stratégique du portefeuille de produits et assurer une veille stratégique au niveau des marchés;
  • Participation, en collaboration avec l’équipe d’intelligence d’affaires, à l’élaboration des modèles d’affaires projets et des prévisions financières associées;
  • Gestion du processus de soumission “Pitch”, en assurer la qualité et le suivi des indicateurs, tel que le taux de closing qui permet d’assurer une optimisation des ventes et de la production;
  • Collaboration étroitement avec l’équipe d’intelligence d’affaire afin de monter des études de marchés, identifications de cibles, marchés émergents, etc;
  • Développement et maintien de partenariats solides avec les comptes majeurs existants et potentiels selon les marchés visés;
  • Établissement, maintien et optimisation d’un réseau stratégique dans les différents marchés servis;
  • Participation aux événements de l’industrie et aux visites clients afin de contribuer relations clients, aux résultats et aux dépassements  des objectifs;
  • Supervision des membres de son équipe en apportant une vision, des objectifs clairs et ambitieux, du coaching, de la planification et des suivis réguliers;
  • Établissement d’une culture de partenariats axée sur des relations d'affaires à long terme en mettant de l’avant notre expertise pointue et notre signature unique;
  • Assure, en collaboration avec l’équipe Marketing une image de marque et une réputation enviable sur le marché reflétant notre culture organisationnelle;
  • Analyse de la performance de l’équipe par la mise en place d’indicateurs de mesure incluant des objectifs de ventes, le niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle, le budget et tout autre indicateur pertinent;
  • Structuration des opérations de sa direction afin d’optimiser l’efficacité des processus de développement et de suivis dans l’atteinte des objectifs de rentabilité fixés;
  • Planification, préparation et gestion du budget de sa direction selon les politiques corporatives établies.
 
Ce que nous recherchons
  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent à l'emploi ou autre diplôme connexe jumelé à une expérience jugée équivalente; 
  • Expérience dans le milieu du jeu vidéo,
  • Minimum de dix (10) années d’expérience pertinente dans son domaine jumelée à une expérience minimale de cinq (5) ans dans un poste de gestion stratégique;
  • Bonne compréhension du cycle de développement de jeu vidéo, des diverses disciplines techniques ainsi que de l'industrie;
  • Disponible pour voyager à l’international;
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais). Des habiletés en anglais sont requises pour la réalisation du travail comme nous collaborons avec des partenaires anglophones.

What your weeks are going to look like
  • Participation, in collaboration with the vice-presidency, in establishing a solid business development plan for Frima and its various subsidiaries;
  • Development of sales objectives and KPIs in line with the company's strategy;
  • Participation in the strategic development of the product portfolio and ensuring strategic market monitoring;
  • Participation, in collaboration with the business intelligence team, in the development of project business models and associated financial forecasts;
  • Management of the "Pitch" submission process, ensuring quality and monitoring indicators, such as the closing rate, to optimize sales and production;
  • Close collaboration with the business intelligence team to conduct market studies, identify targets, emerging markets, etc.;
  • Development and maintenance of strong partnerships with existing and potential key accounts according to targeted markets;
  • Establishment, maintenance, and optimization of a strategic network in the various served markets;
  • Participation in industry events and client visits to contribute to client relationships, results, and exceeding objectives;
  • Supervision of team members by providing vision, clear and ambitious objectives, coaching, planning, and regular follow-ups;
  • Establishment of a partnership culture focused on long-term business relationships by highlighting our sharp expertise and unique signature;
  • Ensuring, in collaboration with the Marketing team, a brand image and enviable market reputation reflecting our organizational culture;
  • Analysis of team performance by setting up measurement indicators, including sales objectives, customer satisfaction level, budget, and any other relevant indicators;
  • Structuring the operations of the department to optimize the efficiency of development processes and follow-ups in achieving the set profitability objectives;
  • Planning, preparation, and management of the department's budget according to established corporate policies.
 
What we're looking for
  • University degree in a field relevant to the job or other related degree combined with experience deemed equivalent; 
  • Experience in the video game industry,
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience in his/her field, plus a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a strategic management position;
  • Good understanding of the video game development cycle, the various technical disciplines and the industry;
  • Available to travel internationally;
  • Bilingualism (French/English). English skills are required as we work with English-speaking partners.
