OVERVIEW
We are searching for a visionary Director, Clinical Learning - Nursing to lead our content strategy with a focus on engaging, evidence-based practice learning content for nurses in today’s work and learning environment. You will be responsible for the development of learning content for the practicing nurse by ensuring clinical accuracy and relevancy with an emphasis on content that engages the learner, delivers on what is relevant, as well as engaging and adapting to the needs of modern healthcare environments.
You will understand nursing practice, have a passion for innovation, and channel the ability to lead change in how educational content is created, delivered, and consumed. You will support a culture in customer engagement from strategy through execution and usage of our content through interactions with our customers. You will be an opinion leader for Lippincott Solutions in the wider market to share our point of view and expertise in learning for healthcare institutions.
This role will have supervisory responsibilities over four Content Editors and will report to the Director, Product Management.

QUALIFICACTIONS
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
Experience:
TRAVEL: 10% business related for team meetings and to attend conferences.

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $132,500-$187,550Additional Information:
