We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director, Learning & Development to lead our organization's learning strategy and drive initiatives that foster employee growth, engagement, and performance. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing forward-thinking learning programs that align with business goals, support leadership development, and create a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and driving organizational success through learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports business objectives and employee growth.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify organizational learning needs and align training programs with strategic priorities.
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives, including leadership development, technical skills training, and effective communication.
Incorporate DEI principles into learning programs to foster an inclusive workplace and promote diverse perspectives.
Program Development and Management:
Oversee the creation and management of learning programs.
Partner with leaders to design and deliver content that addresses skill gaps and enhances employee performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Leadership Development:
Design and execute leadership development programs to build a pipeline of highly effective leaders at all levels of the organization.
Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives to support leadership growth.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality programs that meet organizational needs and creates a highly collaborative and engaging culture.
