Scopely is looking for an Economy Design Lead to join our team on the Mega-hit Stumble Guys!

What will you do

  • Develop and own a high-level strategy for improving and optimizing the game economy in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run
  • Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, and including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
  • Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our features
  • Investigate different economic models for different segments of users
  • Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content
  • Plan A/B testing plans and analyze their effectiveness
  • Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth
  • Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior

What you will need:

  • Proven and extensive experience as a game economy Designer.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
  • High analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goals.
  • Proven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teams.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience working with SQL \ R \ Python - an advantage.
