Responsibilities and Requirements
- Craft and maintain balanced, engaging economies that enhance player experience and retention in F2P AAA mobile RPG games.
- Work closely with the Design, Art, Development, and Management teams to integrate economic systems into the game.
- Use data and player feedback to continually refine economic models, ensuring they are fair, fun, and sustainable.
- Develop new monetisation strategies and reward systems that align with player behaviour and industry trends.
- Keep up-to-date with mobile RPG market trends to ensure our games remain competitive and innovative.
About You
- Extensive experience in designing and balancing in-game economies, especially for F2P RPG games.
- Proficiency in using analytics to inform decision-making and drive economic adjustments.
- Deep understanding of the F2P mobile RPG gaming market and its economic drivers, especially gacha mechanics.
- Ability to think outside the box to create compelling and rewarding economic systems.
- Minimum of 5 years in game design, focusing on economy design.
- B2 level or higher in English.
