Job Description

As a Game Growth SDR at Yodo1, you'll proactively identify, qualify, and create new opportunities for sales success within the mobile gaming industry. Responsibilities include researching and identifying potential clients, acting as the initial point of contact to understand their needs, nurturing relationships to hand off qualified leads to the Business Development team, and tracking progress in the CRM. You will receive training and mentorship, collaborate with sales and marketing, and stay informed about industry trends. This role requires proven sales development experience with SaaS solutions, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

We are hiring a Game Growth SDR to help us scout for new studios and expand our portfolio of happy customers.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Identify and Prospect: Actively research and identify potential clients in the mobile gaming industry and lay the foundation for new business opportunities.

  • Qualify Leads: Be the first point of contact with new studios and focus on understanding their needs and challenges, to effectively qualify them as potential clients.

  • Create Opportunities: Develop and nurture relationships with qualified leads, with the goal of successfully handing over the larger opportunities to the Business Development team.

  • Learn and Grow: Receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills, with a clear path towards transitioning into a Business Development role.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment in messaging and goals, and share client learnings with our product team.

  • Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of your activities in our CRM system, by consistently tracking your activities and progress towards contributing to your team’s success.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance your prospecting effectiveness.

You must have:

  • Proven Sales Development Experience: Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying, and creating sales opportunities, particularly with SaaS based solutions.

  • Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing targets, laying the groundwork for future BD responsibilities.

  • Quick Learner: You are open-minded and eager to absorb knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a Business Development role.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport quickly.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools, with a preference for experience in HubSpot or similar platforms.

You might have:

  • Multilingual Capabilities: Proficiency in Russian and/or Turkish is a plus, allowing you to engage with a broader, more diverse client base.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in Adtech, mobile gaming or apps sector, bringing valuable insights to the team.

  • Creative Mindset: Ability to look at performance data and creatively contribute to the refinement of outbound sales strategies.

  • Startup Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to challenges.
