The Data Minds Career Program is a 20-month international journey designed to fast-track recent graduates into exciting careers within Stibo Systems. The program includes three rotations, providing hands-on experience and a global mindset. The Customer Experience track focuses on driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. During the rotations, you will learn about Customer Success Management, Global Support, and Account Management/Renewals. The program offers accelerated career growth, international exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Job Details

The Data Minds Career Program is a 20-month international journey designed to fast-track recent graduates into exciting careers within Stibo Systems. Through three rotations (including one abroad), you’ll gain hands-on experience, a global mindset, and a powerful professional network. 

You’ll join with other graduates, be assigned a mentor and buddy (a former graduate!), and follow a development path focused on both personal and professional growth. From day one, you’ll be solving real business challenges and shaping the future of data management. 

Track: Delivery, Customer Experience 
This track is for graduates who are passionate about customer experience and want to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in helping customers get the most value from Stibo Systems’ solutions, ensuring their success every step of the way. 

During your three rotations, you’ll explore these areas: 

Rotation 1: Customer Success Management (CSM) – Denmark  
Start by immersing yourself in the many tasks of a CSM. You’ll get to know Stibo Systems and help refine our internal processes to improve customer experiences. Focus on understanding what drives customer satisfaction and how to increase product adoption. 
 

Rotation 2: Global Support – Denmark 
Join the Global Support team as a bridge to the CSM organization, helping prioritize customer tickets and improve communication. You’ll work to streamline internal processes, ensuring our customers receive fast and effective support. 


Rotation 3: Account Management/Renewals – Atlanta  
In this rotation, you’ll focus on nurturing commercial relationships and communicating the business value of Stibo Systems’ solutions to customers. You’ll learn how to protect Net Revenue Retention by ensuring our customers see measurable benefits from our products.

  • Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring customer success. 

  • Passion about business and how IT can help bringing business value to customers 

  • Knowledge or interest in learning about SaaS IT solutions and how they create value for businesses, alongside a general understanding of business needs and challenges. 

  • Good at visualizing business value to customers, helping them understand how our solutions align with their strategic goals and objectives.
