Responsibilities
· Develop and implement long- and short-term marketing strategies with a focus on the gaming sector and immersive AR experiences.
· Optimize the brand’s digital presence through effective use of digital marketing channels such as social media, influencer marketing, email campaigns, and content creatin.
· Design and execute campaigns tailored to gaming communities, leveraging data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
· Manage relationships with gaming influencers, platforms, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing strategies.
· Stay updated with gaming industry trends, monitor competitor strategies, and apply innovative marketing techniques to differentiate the brand.
· Lead brand management activities, including community engagement, press release distribution, and sponsorships or partnerships for gaming events.
· Foster team development, provide guidance on creative gaming campaigns, and lead by example.
Qualifications
· A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
· In-depth knowledge of the gaming market, trends, and consumer behavior
.· Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing tailored to gaming audiences.
· Strong experience in agency and campaign management within the gaming sector.
· Creative and analytical thinking, with proven experience in using metrics and analytics to drive successful campaigns.
· Leadership experience with strong team management and excellent communication skills.
· Advanced proficiency in English.
