Job Description
As an HR Administrator, you will support the People Team in Amsterdam with administrative and operational tasks. This role involves ensuring smooth HR processes, from maintaining employee records to assisting with payroll and onboarding activities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Your responsibilities include coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting international hires with relocation and visa applications, responding to employee queries, assisting with payroll, organizing HR events, preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws, and proposing improvements to HR processes. The work environment is open, informal, and collaborative, offering opportunities to contribute ideas and shape processes.
Must have:
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and related HR processes.
- Support international hires with relocation and visa applications.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Support with payroll processing and coordinate with stakeholders.

Job Details
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our People Team in Amsterdam at StoryTeq with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, from maintaining employee records to assisting with payroll and onboarding activities while you’re closely collaborating with all different kinds of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and all related HR processes in close collaboration with managers, contributing to a smooth and engaging employee journey.
- Support international hires with relocation and visa application processes, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support with payroll by processing changes in the system and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Assist in organising HR-related events and training sessions
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws and company policies
- Identify and propose improvements to optimise HR processes and systems.
