As an HR Administrator at EveryMatrix, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes. You'll assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR projects, and payroll preparation. The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is crucial for keeping HR operations efficient and compliant.

HR administrator

As an HR Administrator at EveryMatrix, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our employee records accurate, our HR documentation on point, and our processes running smoothly.

What You'll get to do:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, and termination letters.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including checklists, document collection and relocation coordination for new hires
  • Help coordinate HR projects (meetings, training sessions, surveys, events).
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.

What You need to shine:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Fantastic grasp of the English and Turkish languages.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, systems, and software (e.g., MS Office, HRIS).
  • Understanding of payroll processes and data handling.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
