- Designs, develops, and implements training content and programs for various types of learning.
- Evaluates and provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training programs and materials.
- Coordinates and facilitates training logistics and manages classroom activities.
- Creates effective learning opportunities that support foundational training curriculum and align with business goals.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create content that aligns with business goals.
- Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials, ensuring they align with brand voice, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Processes data for use in training and continuous improvement efforts.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience required.
- Training experience preferred.
- Experience applying adult learning theory, concepts, practices, and principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills with MS Office programs.
- Proficiency with eLearning/instructional design software.
- AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Background in adult training theory and techniques required.
