The Employee Engagement Senior Specialist will lead initiatives to integrate teams, enhance engagement, and promote wellbeing within the workplace. The role involves leading engagement initiatives, planning events, collaborating with vendors, promoting social impact initiatives, contributing to social media content, and implementing engagement activities based on survey results. The candidate should have experience in internal communication and event management.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in internal communication/event management
  • Proficiency in Polish and English communication
  • Experience in procurement procedures, including tenders
  • Strong event organization and project management skills
  • Proactive, outgoing approach and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders

Job Description & Summary

On a daily basis, we deal with the ongoing support of all PwC employees. We play a key role in achieving the company's goals and aspirations, and are responsible for the smooth running of the organization's processes using modern solutions within administrative, marketing and operational activities.

At PwC Poland, employee engagement is essential for driving productivity, retention, and innovation within the MSO and FCU workplace. In this role, you will lead initiatives that integrate teams, enhance engagement, and promote wellbeing, with a focus on organizing events that bolster our workplace culture. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll shape strategies that transform the employee experience and elevate organizational culture.

We are looking for:

Employee Engagement Senior Specialist | Engagement  
 

Location: Gdańsk 

Your future role:

  • Lead and maintain employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture, 

  • Plan and organize various events that enhance the employee experience, including two annual company events for 1,000+ people, 

  • Research and collaborate closely with vendors and other departments such as Leadership, Procurement and Engagement, 

  • Promote social impact initiatives by meaningful community projects and volunteering efforts, coordinating employee participation with NGOs, 

  • Contribute to the company's social media presence by co-creating content that highlights internal culture, initiatives, and social impact activities to strengthen employer branding,

  • Proposing and implementing engagement activities based on the results of the engagement surveys. 

Apply if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in internal communication and/or event management,

  • Proficiency in Polish and English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 

  • Experience in procurement procedures, including tenders, 

  • Strong event organization and project management skills with a focus on timely, high-quality execution, 

  • Proactive, outgoing approach and can-do attitude with a passion for getting people together and creating engaged teams, 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multi stakeholder environment, including senior management.
