We are looking for a Development Production Director to provide leadership to the Production Management Division, ensuring the establishment of a strategy for all teams to achieve the company's strategic goals.

The Production Management Director is responsible for establishing production management standards, which include managing the estimation process, overseeing production and delivery, setting communication standards during project execution, implementing best practices for managing key clients, and developing internal learning and development standards.

Superpowers
you have are

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the GameDev industry;

  • Proven success managing large-scale teams and complex management operations;

  • Strong experience leading multicultural teams and navigating diverse working environments;

  • Higher education in Management, Administration, or related fields;

  • Advanced English proficiency for high-level communication and documentation;

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to drive business unit performance;

  • Ability to lead through change and facilitate organizational transformation;

  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills to align cross-functional teams;

  • High emotional intelligence, stress tolerance, and a sense of accountability;

  • A leadership mindset grounded in reliability, consistency, and team empowerment;

As a part of Room 8
studio, you will

  • Prepare Production Management Division budget model on a yearly basis and update it during the re-forecast process;
  • Manage the allocated Production Management Division budget within the approved R8G mathematical model;
  • Enforce best practices and reports KPI on Production Management Division performance;
  • Actively manage subordinates’ performance and ensure optimal staffing to align with requirements;
  • Foresee and resolve challenges of international projects operating, time and cultural differences for production teams, and possible production complications in the globalized environment;
  • Provide and coordinate clear communication channels between Production Management Division and all Units inside R8G;
  • Initiate and implement production processes and practices that ensure Business Unit delivery excellence;
  • Guide learning and development processes for Production Management Division according to the market trends;
  • Control standards compliance by all Project Managers and Producers of different levels in the Division, by having clear performance review processes and aggregate analytics;
  • Build and maintain a framework for timeline management and ensure its usage for each project;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals;
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, transparency, and a deep understanding of their needs;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and recommendations that align with client objectives;
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and discussions with clients to foster collaboration and partnership growth.
