The Global Talent Sourcing Intern at Tencent will collaborate with the hiring team, conduct market research to identify potential candidates and best engagement methods, build talent pools, engage candidates via email, social media, or phone calls, generate referrals, and analyze sourcing strategies' effectiveness. Responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements, market research, talent pool building, candidate outreach, referral generation, and reporting/analysis of sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is a currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student with an interest in recruitment and ideally prior recruitment/sourcing experience, including Boolean searches. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is adaptability to cross-regional/cultural work patterns. Bilingual (English/Mandarin) communication is preferred.
