Senior People Operations Partner
Job Summary
Job Description
The Senior People Operations Partner will focus on Spain-related HR operations, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law through documentation audits and managing the full HR cycle for the Spanish team, including contracts, promotions, and terminations. This role also involves coordinating with payroll providers, providing visa and relocation support for expat employees, and supporting global HR operations. Additionally, the partner will maintain scalable operational processes for the remote team, maintain HRIS records, and support benefits administration across various countries. This role is a part of people experience & admin and will involve providing logistics support and participating in HR projects.
Must have:
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and conduct HR documentation audits.
- Manage full-cycle HR operations for the Spanish team, including contracts and terminations.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers for accurate payroll processing.
- Provide visa and relocation support for expat employees in Spain.
- Maintain scalable operational processes for the distributed remote team.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation for People analytics.

Job Details
Spain-Focused HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law; conduct internal HR documentation audits.
- Manage full-cycle HR operations for our Spanish team: contracts, promotions, vacations, maternity/paternity leave, terminations (including complex cases), etc.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Provide visa and relocation support for expat employees in Spain.
Global People Operations Support
- Establish and maintain scalable operational processes for our distributed remote team.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation. Ensure clean data for People analytics.
- Support benefits management, reimbursements, and related administration across countries.
- Support global HR operations, including IC contractors, EoR employees, and employees in UK, Serbia and Cyprus with local providers.
People Experience & Admin
Support logistics for business travel, coworking access, and anniversary gifts.
Participate in People projects and initiatives, contributing HR operational expertise.
