The Senior People Operations Partner will focus on Spain-related HR operations, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law through documentation audits and managing the full HR cycle for the Spanish team, including contracts, promotions, and terminations. This role also involves coordinating with payroll providers, providing visa and relocation support for expat employees, and supporting global HR operations. Additionally, the partner will maintain scalable operational processes for the remote team, maintain HRIS records, and support benefits administration across various countries. This role is a part of people experience & admin and will involve providing logistics support and participating in HR projects.
