As a design support engineer at NXP, you will be responsible for developing bench set-up solutions (HW / SW) for NPI and customer complaint handling. Your role involves driving technical analyses of complex customer complaint cases, coaching and training on product design and bench evaluation set-ups, and interfacing between NPI R&D teams and complaint handling teams in Asia. You will contribute to quality improvement by implementing corrective actions from lessons learned and work in a small team with many other disciplines globally. The role offers new challenges in the design and analysis of state-of-the-art chips, with possibilities for travel.
