We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Consultant specializing in Products and Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of job evaluation, remuneration benchmarking, and remuneration survey methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in Human Capital Consulting services, specifically in job evaluation, remuneration benchmarking, and conducting remuneration surveys to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage and oversee human capital consulting projects related to compensation and benefits, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the GCC market.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for remuneration-related inquiries.
• Leverage an extensive client network to foster collaboration and drive business growth in the area of compensation consulting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Capital Consulting with a strong focus on job evaluation and remuneration practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A robust network within the industry is highly desirable.
