Job Description
Responsibilities
- PM, 디자인, Backend 등 다른 직무의 동료들과 협업하며 목표 달성을 위한 최적의 방안을 찾아 구현합니다.
- 글로벌 스케일의 비즈니스를 위한 iOS 앱 설계, 구현, 테스트, 배포 및 유지보수 업무를 수행합니다.
- 개발한 기능에 대한 Ownership과 책임감을 바탕으로 업무 완결성을 높이고 작업 내용에 대한 히스토리를 기록하고 관리합니다.
- 배포된 애플리케이션이 우리가 기대한 쾌적한 경험을 만들고 있는지를 모니터링하며, 문제가 있다면 최대한 빠르게 해결합니다.
- Crash를 줄이고 Responsiveness를 최대한 높이기 위해 상시적인 작업을 합니다.
- 지속적인 수정에도 일관성 있는 로직 실행을 보증할 수 있는 다양한 방식의 테스트 코드를 구현합니다.
- 퍼포먼스, 에러 등을 모니터링하고, 심각한 문제에 빠르게 대응합니다. 유지보수의 용이성과 성능 향상을 위해 지속적으로 코드 구조를 개선합니다.
Requirements
- iOS 개발 경력 5년 이상 보유하신 분
- Swift/Objective-C 를 기반으로 UIKit, Foundation 등을 사용하는 iOS 플랫폼에서 상용 서비스 개발 경험을 보유하신 분
- Thread safe한 코드 작성에 익숙하신 분
- Server-Client 간 시스템의 흐름을 이해하고, 문제를 찾고 해결책을 제시할 수 있는 역량을 보유하신 분
- 알고리즘, 디자인 패턴 및 공통적으로 사용되는 프레임워크에 대한 탄탄한 기초지식 및 종합적인 이해를 보유하신 분
- 시스템 안정성과 효율성 제고를 주도한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 본인의 의견을 적극적으로 표현할 수 있고, 다른 구성원과 논의를 통해 더 나은 결론을 도출하는데 능통하신 분
- Start-up 마인드셋을 바탕으로 한 0 to 1 Product 경험이 있으시고, 실제 제품 출시까지 해보신 분
