As a Performance Specialist at dentsu Croatia, you will collaborate with Client leads, Media planners, and other Performance managers and Directors to ensure client objectives are met. This role focuses on delivering optimal results through testing new solutions and evaluating outcomes. Key responsibilities include campaign implementation, optimization, and uploads; liaising with vendors; contributing to client strategies; ensuring best practices in paid search, paid social, and DSP activities; client reporting; interpreting performance reports; and budget management. This involves daily, weekly, and monthly pacing and management of budgets. In addition, it includes managing direct communication with clients regarding Paid Search, Paid Social, and DSP activities.
Must have:
  • 1 year of relevant agency experience in paid social, paid search, and/or DSP.
  • Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and DSP.
  • Experience in forecasting, optimization, and implementation.
  • Understanding of data and analyzing results to turn insights into successes.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
Good to have:
  • German language skills.
  • Presentation confidence and professionalism.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Performance Specialist at dentsu Croatia, you will work with Client leads, Media planners and other Performance managers and Directors on a day-to-day basis to ensure that they deliver against client objectives. This role is to ensure that all campaigns are consistently delivering the best results possible by testing new solutions and evaluating results.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day implementation, optimisation, and upload of client campaigns through direct input
  • Liaises with vendors and third-party partners to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Working together with Client leads, Media planners and other Performance managers and Directors to deliver client strategies, KPI's & deadlines
  • Ensure best practice in all paid search, paid social, and DSP activities
  • Ensures client reports are on target and are providing maximum value at the client-requested cadence
  • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly pacing and management of budgets
  • Responsible for account management with direct communication with the client about Paid Search, Paid Social, and DSP activities

Your key skills:

  • Independent support for national and international clients in performance marketing with a focus on paid social, paid search, and DSP
  • Setup, monitoring, optimisation and reporting of sophisticated performance marketing campaigns
  • Understanding customer needs and translating these into the biddable media world
  • Further development of our clients' performance marketing strategy and accounts
  • Monitoring of KPIs and budgets, evaluation and presentation of KPIs, reports and analyses
  • Organising meetings, trainings and presentations (internal/external)

 

Your experience and required knowledge:

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional/agency experience in the field of paid social and/or paid search and/or DSP
  • Experience with the following channels: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DSP
  • Experience in forecasting, optimisation and implementation
  • Understanding of data and analysing results to turn insights into successes
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
  • Presentation confidence and professionalism in dealing with colleagues and customers (in writing/on the phone/in person)
