The Junior Technical Compliance Specialist will support the management of the company's certification processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain experience in certification and compliance.
The expertise we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Will be plus
- Experience in a similar position or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Your position will include
- Assist in the management of the certification lifecycle, including evaluation, approval,
and renewal processes. - Support the conduct of audits and assessments to ensure compliance with certification
requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address any issues or non-
compliance. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to certification activities.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate these changes to relevant
stakeholders. - Liaise with external organisations as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of certification-related reports and presentations for
management and clients
