Job Description

As a Learning & Development Manager at Aspire, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs for our employees. You will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team, supporting their career growth, and driving organizational success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced and dynamic fintech environment. You will have the chance to collaborate with our passionate and driven team, contribute to the development of our company culture, and shape the learning and development landscape at Aspire.

Must have:

Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for learning and development

Good to have:

Experience in the fintech industry
Experience with learning management systems
Experience in developing and delivering online training courses
