Job Description

As a Learning & Development Manager at Aspire, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs for our employees. You will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team, supporting their career growth, and driving organizational success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced and dynamic fintech environment. Must have:

Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for learning and development

Good to have:

Experience in the fintech industry
Experience with learning management systems
Experience in developing and delivering online training courses
