Central Services

Our European WongDoody Central Services works closely with our teams across continental Europe to provide the professional foundation that empowers our colleagues to create incredible things. A 20-strong team, we comprise Accounting and Finance, IT, Legal, Office & Travel Management, Marketing and People & Culture.

What you can expect  

• You advise and support our teams from all business areas with your expertise on legal topics 
• Supporting design and management of internal processes, maintenance and supervision of our management systems 
• drafting and implementation of company policies 
• Focus areas: Data protection and information security, artificial intelligence, corporate social responsibility, IT law, copyright & IP law, general business and contract law 
• Review, draft and negotiate agreements with internationally active clients and service providers 
• Coordinate assignments of and cooperate with external law firms and service providers 

What we'd love to see 

• Successfully completed studies in law or business law. 
• In-depth knowledge of data protection, information security, and artificial intelligence and knowledge of or interest in the other focus areas mentioned 
• Experience in the areas of process management and legal operations 
• 2 years of legal work experience, preferably in the digital marketing or tech environment - as a business lawyer or (in-house) lawyer 
• You’re interested in and excited about staying on top of the wave of the technical and legal developments in the fast-moving areas of digital content creation & AI, digital marketing and data privacy 
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work, strong organizational skills. 
• Passion for your profession and desire for exciting and varied work in a digital agency and in a motivated team 
• Good feeling for an appropriate and helpful communication in dealing with your very diverse future colleagues and other business contacts 
• Fluent language skills in German and English
