Job Description

The Manager, Owned Media (Web & Social) at Disney Plus will be responsible for planning and executing brand and content promotion using official Disney Plus social media channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). This includes creating social media plans, posting content, managing the official YouTube and Disney channels, and developing YouTube channel growth strategies. Responsibilities also encompass content creation, localization of international content, planning and executing events, and creating short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with internal and external teams. Effective cross-promotion across owned media platforms is crucial.

Must have:

Experience in SNS content promotion
Official SNS account management
YouTube channel management & planning
Video planning, production & management
Branding understanding & skilled account management
English communication (written & verbal)
Content planning & marketing skills

Good to have:

TikTok algorithm expertise
Vendor management experience

チャンネル用コンテンツ制作・海外制作コンテンツのローカライズ及びそれに関する各種業務
YouTubeチャンネルを活用した配信イベントの企画・運営・実行・分析
YouTubeチャンネルを活用したDisney／Star Wars／Marvel等のブランド及びディズニープラス作品育成のための企画立案～実行

短尺動画の制作とOwned Mediaへの活用

主にYouTubeとTikTok、Instagramで使用する短尺動画の企画・制作・US承認およびそれに関する各種業務
-業務に必要な社内外とのコミュニケーション・管理・交渉・承認作業
-Owned Media（公式YouTubeチャンネル／各SNSアカウント）への効果的な横展開

必須条件:

コンテンツ（作品・サービスなど）の、SNSを活用したプロモーションを企画～実行した経験がある方。
公式SNS（企業やブランドの公式アカウント）運用の経験がある方
YouTubeチャンネル運営とYouTubeコンテンツプランニングの経験がある方
動画の企画・制作とその制作管理の経験のある方
ブランディングを深く理解し、ブランディングに沿った熟練したソーシャルアカウント管理ができる方
海外担当部門との英語での口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション、英語でのレポート作成の可能な方
コンテンツプランニングとマーケティングスキルの双方持っている方

歓迎条件：

TikTokのアルゴリズムや成功事例に精通している方
運用ベンダーの管理経験がある方
