We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead a growing team of QA Engineers supporting the development of a greenfield, customer-facing product across iOS, Android, and web platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, experienced in building and scaling QA teams, and ready to lead testing efforts for complex, high-visibility applications.
As a QA Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping the testing strategy, guiding the implementation of manual and automated test practices, and ensuring product excellence across platforms. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and be a key voice in maintaining high standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers across mobile and web platforms
Define and implement comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure feature quality and timely delivery
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and regression suites
Track, analyze, and improve quality metrics across all areas of the product
Drive cross-platform consistency in quality standards and release processes
Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and coaching of QA team members
Participate in sprint planning, product grooming, and release readiness activities
3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or management role
Strong experience in mobile and web application testing (manual and automated)
Deep understanding of QA processes, test design, and software release cycles
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as TestRail, JIRA, Postman or similar
Solid understanding of test automation and CI/CD workflows
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing QA teams in agile environments and experience mentoring and developing QA talent.
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Track record of improving quality metrics and implementing scalable testing processes
A proactive, quality-first mindset with attention to both detail and the big picture
