Job Description

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their team. The role involves responding to customer queries promptly and accurately via email or chat, identifying customer needs, assisting customers, and escalating technical issues. The specialist will adhere to communication procedures and company policies, requiring knowledge of the admin area and provided tools. The position is hybrid, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a shift schedule of 2/2 (12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night shifts).
Must have:
  • Fluency in English (B2+)
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Naturally helpful and service-minded
  • Soft skills to deal with challenges professionally
Good to have:
  • Experience in Customer Service will be a plus

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via emails or chats;
  • Identifying customer needs and assisting customers with their queries;
  • Escalate technical issues;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and Company policies;
  • Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training);
  • Hybrid working in Sofia, Bulgaria;
  • Working on shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts);

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (B2+);
  • Computer literacy;
