The Affiliates team is part of Coda’s Digital Marketing function that develops and executes comprehensive plans to attract and acquire new customers for our organization—delivering a growing and reliable source of demand for publishers and strategic partners. • Present detailed performance reports with metrics segmented by partner type (influencers, publishers, agencies, aggregators) and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration or tailored monetization strategies.
    • Think creatively and analytically to grow Codashop’s affiliate program through enterprise-level partnerships, advanced tracking solutions, and scalable recruitment funnels.
    • Work closely with the Digital Channels team and Go-To-Markets + Global Partnerships teams to expand the affiliate program scope and feature set, with an emphasis on commercialization and monetization models tailored to B2B affiliates.

Requirements:

    • A deep understanding of the gaming industry and/or digital product monetization landscape.
    • Proven ability to structure, launch, and scale performance partnerships with B2B entities, including digital agencies, media networks, and platform aggregators.
    • Outstanding communication & presentation skills, with strong strategic and analytical capabilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
    • Smart decision-making skills backed by data and excellent judgment.
