About our team
Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the campaign resource package project from design to collaborative sales, ensuring the achievement of commercialization goals and enhancing promotional ROI
- Analyze and review advertiser performance data during the campaigns, providing business insights based on data reviews and merchant feedback to drive continued merchant investment
- Collaborate with product, campaigns, category, and platform operations teams to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of resource package commercialization
- Work with payment, campaign, and marketing teams to implement payment collaborations, expand coverage, and increase user conversion rates
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of e-commerce experience with experience in resource package recruitment or e-commerce advertising
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform brand marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective project management abilities, adept at coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects launch on time according to specified timelines
- Highly dedicated and consistently strives for innovation, continually seeking breakthroughs in work
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
