Job Description

The MuleSoft Managing Consultant will be responsible for technical solution design and development, code reviews, and contributing to architecture discussions. They will also be involved in technical design documentation, understanding and analyzing requirements, providing development effort estimation, and supporting SIT/UAT/PROD defect fixes. The role requires leading a technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring. They must also highlight technical challenges and delays impacting project delivery timelines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical vision while understanding business requirements. The consultant will also support the pre-sales team as needed and provide feedback to developers on their technical performance.

Must have:

8-12+ years of experience in MuleSoft Integration.
Implementation experience using MuleSoft for at least 3/4 projects.
Hands-on experience on Rest and SOAP Webservices.
Knowledge of multiple connectors and integration patterns.
Experience with tools like Eclipse, SOAP UI, Maven, Postman.
Working knowledge with databases ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL.
Knowledge in code versioning using tools like TeamCity, GIT hub.
Junit/MUnit test case development knowledge.
Leading technical teams, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
Hands-on technical individual contributor or team member.
Collaborating with peers enabling cross-company efforts.
Strong communication skills and technical vision articulation.
Working on Agile projects.

Good to have:

Working knowledge on AWS, S3, Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and Jenkins or equivalents.
Multi domain expertise and working knowledge on other integration tools.

Role: MuleSoft Managing Consultant
Hiring Location: India (Delhi/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Noida/Pune)

Skills

Between 8 to 12+ years of experience in delivering projects using MuleSoft Integration (v4.x), Web services (Rest and SOAP)
Must have implementation experience using MuleSoft technology for at least 3/4 projects.
Hands on experience on Rest and SOAP Webservices
Should have working knowledge in implementation of multiple connectors, usage different integration patterns, having knowledge on different message formats using Mule ESB is required.
Working knowledge on AWS, S3, Cloud is plus.
Experience in usage of tools Eclipse, SOAP UI, Maven, Creating Mavenised projects, Postman.
Familiar with the CI/CD pipeline and tools such as Jenkins or equivalents.
Working knowledge with databases ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL
Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like TeamCity, GIT hub
Should have Junit/MUnit test case development knowledge.
Leading technical team, providing them necessary guidance, support, and mentoring team
Should be hands-on technical and should work as either individual contributor or team member.
Collaborating with peers within Invenio and Invenio partners, enabling cross-company efforts.
Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate technical vision while understanding business requirements, with the ability to debate and collaborate with other team members.

Hands on experience in working on Agile projects.

Responsibilities

Technical Solution, Design and Development.

Involving in architecture discussion and contributing to architecture.

Understanding requirements and analyzing the same.
Provide necessary development effort estimation.
Supporting SIT/UAT/PROD defects fixes.
Working on change request.
Leading technical team, assisting, and mentoring them.
Technical task assignment and helping team in delivery.
Providing necessary and consistent feedback to developers on their technical performance
Highlighting and escalating technical challenges and delays which are impacting project delivery timelines.
Support Pre-Sales team as needed.

Business Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Understanding of business processes for focus areas or multiple modules.
Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
