We are seeking a talented Mid-Level System Administrator to join our Finance Applications team. You will work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and global team members to deliver a variety of solutions aligned to improving the employee experience at Veeam. 

Candidates for this role should have experience configuring and managing NetSuite applications as well as an understanding of modern development processes in IT. You will be responsible for delivering features and identifying areas of improvement.

Your task will include:

• Provide technical support for NetSuite and other Finance SaaS-based applications.
• Evaluate, configure, and deploy enhancements/fixes for NetSuite applications.
• Manage user access across multiple applications, ensuring proper provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Ensure up-to-date security policies and apply them through secure configurations.
• Monitor and optimize NetSuite applications, offering technical solutions to enhance the employee experience.
• Conduct UAT and functional testing of application upgrades as needed
• Design and roll out report
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to update, maintain, and improve NetSuite applications

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience with implementing, configuring, and/or supporting NetSuite or other Finance SaaS-based applications 
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts and business processes.
• Familiarity  with GDPR and SOX compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, ERD, or other diagrams.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a preferred degree in Computer Science / technology-related field or Accounting field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven job accountability record
• NetSuite ERP or other Finance SaaS-based application: Experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Finance Apps to meet business needs
• CSV Import: Experience with importing data into NetSuite using CSV files
• Custom Records: Ability to create and manage custom records within NetSuite
• Saved Searches: Proficiency in creating and managing saved searches for data retrieval

Will be an advantage: 

• SuiteScript: Experience with JavaScript-based scripting language for customizing and automating processes within NetSuite
• SuiteFlow: Ability to create and manage workflows to automate business processes
• SuiteAnalytics: Skills in developing and managing reports and dashboards for data analysis
• Workflow Management: Skills in managing and optimizing workflows within NetSuite
•  Knowledge of XML/XSLT
•  Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
