From breathtaking fantasy landscapes to gripping action sequences, our portfolio spans a diverse range of genres and award winning projects such as Pinocchio, The Witcher and The Crown.

For us it’s always been about looking after our people and creating beautiful work.

Working as part of the wider People team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture. You’ll be a highly visible member of the team, offering a great front of house experience for clients and all that work from our London studio, while also ensuring a safe, tidy and creative work space.

We’ll keep you busy with

  • Creating a welcoming, tidy and efficient place to be. Working with the studio runners to keep the office well stocked and meeting rooms and shared spaces ready for use.
  • Greeting all guests and making sure our clients are well looked after.
  • Planning and organising social events for the London studio, and working with the Office Manager for the Paris studio on ad hoc all Company events.
  • Gather and action any feedback to continually enhance our working environment.
  • Working with the People team to play an active role in onboarding new joiners.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments and act as the main point of contact in this area offering a compliant and professional support.
  • Maintain requirements relating to First Aid and Fire Wardens.
  • Liaise with the tech team to coordinate workstation set up and any ongoing IT maintenance.
  • Liaise with external suppliers regarding building maintenance.
  • Work with the Office Manager of our Paris Studio to complete tasks relating to our office move into the current London studio.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Director of Business Operations on any ad hoc projects relating to the building and security.
  • Liaise with the Paris office team to organise travel for those travelling between studios.
  • Manage the London office budget and work with the finance team to source ethical and cost effective suppliers.
  • Input into increasing our social media presence through sharing any relevant social and cultural events and news.

We’d love you to have

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, or Office Support.
  • Previous experience in a creative environment, hospitality or customer service would be an asset.
  • An interest in and user level understanding of social media.
  • The drive to make things better, from your own personal development to initiatives that have a positive impact on those you work with.
  • An infectious energy, with an ability to work proactively to make things happen.
  • Self awareness in all situations, treating colleagues and clients with kindness and respect.
  • A confident and personable approach, to be able to work well with others regardless of their seniority and office location.

In return we offer

25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

2 paid volunteering days per calendar year

Hybrid working

Company pension and life insurance

Medicash healthcare cover

A calendar full of wrap parties and other social events

Hours and location

Our core hours are 9.30am to 6.30pm or 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday. We run a shift pattern between this role and the runners to give office cover from 8.30am which will be discussed at the interview with you. We have a great office in Old Street where you would be based and given the nature of the role, you would be required to work from the office 5 days of the week.

Flexibility - We’re open to variations in working patterns providing you can manage the demands of the role so please talk to us about your preferences when you apply.

What we VALUE

How you approach your day at One of Us is just as important to us. We want to create an environment in which everyone feels comfortable and happy to work.
