Scopely is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join an ambitious new AAA cross-platform game in Canada on a remote basis.

What you will do: 
  • Support operations in establishing and maintaining Leadership meetings and agendas, and other regular meetings with other parts of the Scopely organization.
  • Responsible for navigating the complexities of procurement processes such as Ironclad and IT requirements when ordering software. Tracks progress of procurement tasks and intervenes as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up with the IT department regarding equipment, external vendor accounts, software acquisitions, and any other related matters.
  • Facilitate the submission and tracking of critical legal documents such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SoWs), and End User License Agreements (EULAs).
  • Attend meetings and take well organized and detailed notes with action items; follow-up with individuals to ensure items have been completed and provide help/support if needed.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires by orchestrating essential tasks such as email setup, introductory meetings, provisioning of company resources, and software configurations.
  • Assist with team and culture event planning and special projects as needed. 
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical matters for
  • Serves as a resource for the team, answering inquiries and providing assistance on various tasks, including setting up 401k accounts, submitting expense reports, procuring home office equipment, and ordering software.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience as a coordinator / project manager (in a fast-paced entertainment / tech / gaming company).
  • Proactive, forward-thinking individual who is able to manage a critical company wide program, and assist individual executive and remain one step ahead at all times.
  • Team-player with a can-do attitude and an innate ability to adapt to different work styles and make things happen.
  • Tech-savvy, resourceful and creative problem solver with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues onsite and remotely.
  • Ability to adapt schedule as needed to accommodate varying time zones.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and to navigate high-pressure, stressful situations with grace and composure.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Experience with G-suite.
  • Experience using discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience supporting the preparation of slides & materials for important presentations is a plus
