Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks an Ops Delivery Engineer to join its team. Responsibilities include understanding and planning integration processes, coordinating integration projects from design to production, implementing continuous improvement, handling issues and change requests, identifying risks, monitoring deliverables, managing client expectations, and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, and technical API implementation knowledge. The ideal candidate possesses experience with complex integrated systems, SW development, and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Jira. The engineer will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with high-severity issues and maintaining documentation.

Must have:

API implementation knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with complex systems
Jenkins, Git, Jira experience

What You'll Do

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the integration process in details in every step.
Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production.
Implement continuous improvement practices.
Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.

Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles.
Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.

Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key point of contact for the customer.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Create and maintain relevant documentation.

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP

Directly subordinate to the Director of OPD & Integrations
In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with complex integrated systems
SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira,

Fluency in English.
