you have are

2+ years in project management;
Strong organizational, adaptable, and client-centric mindset;
Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and financial management;
Basic knowledge of project budgeting and risk management processes;
Advanced communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination;
Upper-Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.

A relevant degree or certification in project management;

Experience in up-selling or identifying client expansion opportunities;

As a part of Room 8
studio, you will

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client and organizational objectives;
Establish timelines, set milestones, and assign tasks across development, design, art, and QA teams;
Maintain accurate documentation related to the contract, including approvals, changes, and communications with the Legal team;
Create and manage Scope of Work documents detailing deliverables, timelines, and client requirements;
Administer Jira projects and tasks according to the internal procedures;
Ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and with high-quality results;
Facilitate collaboration, encourage teamwork, and provide guidance to team members to keep project milestones on track;
Monitor project performance using KPIs like on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality;
Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring aligned expectations;
Provide clear updates on progress, address issues, and resolve client feedback effectively;
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance;
Collaborate with other teams to identify cross-selling opportunities;
Be involved in up-sale negotiations with clients;
Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans and regular risk assessments.
