Job Description

Xsolla seeks an Engineering Project Lead to manage high-impact engineering initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, creating dashboards to track progress, providing status updates, identifying and mitigating risks, and refining project management processes. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience in engineering, strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello), and a passion for driving projects to successful completion.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an organized and strategic Engineering Project Lead to drive the successful execution of high-impact engineering initiatives. In this role, you’ll oversee project planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep stakeholders informed through clear updates and dashboards. RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the end-to-end management of special engineering projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed dashboards to track progress and performance.
Provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Continuously refine project management processes for greater efficiency and impact.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in project management within engineering or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Trello).
Ability to track and report on key metrics using dashboards.
Demonstrated success in risk management and problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
A passion for driving complex projects to successful completion and continuous improvement.
