Job Description

As an Organization Change Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be involved in driving transformation tailored to the client's challenges. Your role includes executing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and performing project management processes. You will diagnose change needs, lead change projects, and design training and communication strategies. Responsibilities also include leading the end-to-end change projects and reporting. Capgemini helps organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
Must have:
  • Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
  • Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform relevant project management processes
  • Diagnose and strategize the need for change
  • Lead and manage end-to-end change projects
  • Design and develop trainings for stakeholders
  • Design, plan, and deliver effective communication
  • Prior experience in Business Process Management
  • Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management
  • Proven experience interacting with Senior members
  • Business Process Improvement experience
  • Hands on experience in BPMN tools
  • Industry experience in various sectors
  • Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management

Your Role

  • Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
  • Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Perform the relevant project management processes i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
  • Diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved parties.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end change projects including progress tracking and reporting.
  • Design and develop trainings for the stakeholders involved.
  • Design, plan, and deliver effective communication throughout the change cycle.

Your Profile

  • Prior experience in Business Process Management
  • Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management
  • Proven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of client organizations, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a must.
  • Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable)
  • Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN tools
  • Industry experience – anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil, and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.
  • Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management – preferably in strategy and business
