The Iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a motivated and vibrant OUTLET MANAGER for its Steakhouse. This role involves ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure, maintaining satisfaction throughout their meal, and adapting to guest needs. The manager will build good relations with guests, promote F&B offers, organize the team, and ensure the point of sale is well-maintained. Responsibilities also include managing guest flow, table placement, and reservations, ensuring equipment is in good condition, developing and managing the restaurant's budget, controlling costs like food and labor to maximize profitability, preparing financial reports, and implementing pricing strategies and promotions to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Steakhouse or similar role, strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, and be highly organized with strong planning abilities.
