Palworld Mobile Publishing Product Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
The Palworld Mobile Publishing PM will be responsible for developing and executing the global launch strategy for Palworld Mobile. This key role involves market and target user analysis to determine optimal service operation methods, KPI management for continuous growth and performance optimization, and collaboration with internal and external teams (management, development studios, marketing, and partners). Responsibilities include establishing the global launch strategy, overseeing publishing execution, performing key indicator analysis and KPI management, optimizing game services based on global market and target user analysis, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of game publishing experience, proven success launching global mobile games, and a strong understanding of global game product development and marketing.
Must have:
- 10+ years game publishing experience
- Successful global mobile game launches
- Understanding of global game products
- Global market trend analysis & strategy
- Project management experience
- Strategic thinking & communication
Good to have:
- Business-level English
- Mobile game studio founding/leading experience
- Mobile game monetization model design experience
- Broad publishing and development understanding

- Palworld Mobile 글로벌 출시 전략 수립 및 퍼블리싱 실행
- 주요 지표 분석, KPI 관리, 개선 방안 도출 등 퍼블리싱 전반에의 주도적인 역할 수행
- 글로벌 시장 및 타겟 유저 분석 기반의 게임 서비스 최적화
- 경영진, 개발 스튜디오, 마케팅 등 내/외부 유관부서 및 파트너사와의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 게임 사업 서비스 전개

- 최소 10년 이상의 게임 퍼블리싱 전문성을 바탕으로, 성공적인 글로벌 모바일 게임 출시 경험을 보유한 분
- 사업, 운영, 개발, 마케팅 등 글로벌 게임 프로덕트 전반에 대한 이해와 경험을 보유한 분
- 글로벌 게임 시장 트렌드 분석 및 주요 시장 별 서비스 전략 수립 경험을 보유한 분
- 사업성 검토, 런칭 준비, 라이브, 종료 등 다양한 단계에서의 프로젝트 매니징 경험을 보유한 분
- 다양한 이해관계자와 신뢰 구축이 가능한 전략적 사고 및 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유한 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
