The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in enhancing system solutions that support various business channels. This includes developing innovative approaches to onboarding new business groups and optimizing existing systems to meet business goals. The analyst will work across organizational units, facilitating communication to align business and technological needs and creating comprehensive requirement documents for solution providers.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for existing and new applications.
Understand organizational functions and define necessary capabilities to meet goals.
Facilitate communication between different organizational units to align business and technical requirements.
Plan and direct the analysis of business problems to develop appropriate solutions.
Provide technical assistance in evaluating systems and developing cost-effective procedures to meet user requirements.
Act as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources, facilitating sessions with cross-functional teams.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them.

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.

Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers.
Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives.
Acts as liaison between the user communication

Preferred candidates will have practical experience with Enterprise Fax systems, eSignature solutions, and OCR technologies. Experience in the healthcare sector, understanding its unique requirements and regulations, is also advantageous.
