About the job

The Sky Mavis Growth team is seeking a Partner Growth Manager who is deeply immersed in the Ronin community and the Web3 gaming ecosystem. This role requires someone with a proactive mindset, a passion for gaming, and an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will be central to driving the success of games launching on Ronin by leveraging both traditional Web2 marketing strategies and innovative Web3 growth techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Proactive Growth Agenda: Take ownership of the growth strategy by proactively identifying opportunities, setting clear agendas, and leading initiatives that drive partners’ commercial success. You will be expected to "own the room" during meetings, confidently steering discussions towards actionable outcomes.
• Deeply Understand Web3 Game Partner Pain Points: Invest time in understanding the specific challenges and pain points of each partner. Develop a keen insight into their needs and translate these into targeted strategies and solutions that address their unique circumstances.
• Lead Narrative & Solution-Oriented Discussions: Manage the narrative for individual games and the entire Ronin ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategies. Act as a lead problem solver, driving conversations toward solutions that mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage a Portfolio of Games: Oversee and drive the growth of a diverse portfolio of Web3 games launching on Ronin. Ensure each game receives tailored support, leveraging best practices and strategies to maximize their success on the platform.
• Coordinate Across Subteams: Work synergistically with the social, content, and creator subteams within the Growth department and more to ensure cohesive and effective execution of growth strategies. Your ability to coordinate and harmonize efforts across these teams is essential to driving positive outcomes.
• Inform and Drive Incentive Design: Play a critical role in shaping incentive programs, collaborating closely with partners to ensure these incentives align with their business goals and drive meaningful engagement and traffic.
• Playbook Development & Best Practices: Build and refine playbooks that adapt to the rapidly changing Web3 environment. Understand and navigate the balance between Web2 and Web3 monetization models, and develop strategies that are robust against market externalities. Scenario planning and maneuvering through different market conditions are key to driving sustained partner success.
