Job Description
As part of the team, you will design and develop web components for an application used to design switching power supplies. This involves designing, developing, and maintaining web components, providing support for existing code, collaborating with customer representatives and the QA department, optimizing web applications, and staying abreast of new technologies. The role requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must have:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of commercial experience in JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of web technologies and principles
- Proficient in Vue.js
- Knowledge of PHP
- Strong knowledge of OOP
- Experience with SQL
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Creative problem solving skills
Good to have:
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
- Experience with Yii PHP framework and TypeScript
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development process
- Familiarity with C++, MATLAB
- Experience with version control systems (Git)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web components of a software product used to design switching power supplies.
- Provide support for existing code, including bug fixing, refactoring, and writing unit tests.
- Collaborate with customer representatives and QA department to clarify requirements for program functionality.
- Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scalability.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to apply them to ongoing projects.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant course
- 2+ years of commercial development experience in JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, protocols and general design principles
- Proficient in Vue.js
- Knowledge of PHP
- Strong knowledge of OOP
- Experience with SQL
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to generate and express innovative ideas
