Job Description

The Presales role involves conducting engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients. The responsibilities include developing compelling product pitches, aligning solutions with customer pain points, and working closely with the sales team to understand client needs. The role requires preparing and presenting solution architectures, workflows, and use cases to address business challenges, as well as assisting in pricing estimation, proposal creation, and RFP responses for enterprise clients. The Presales person will collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements, act as a trusted advisor to procurement and supply chain professionals, and support proof-of-concept engagements. They will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and procurement best practices.
Must have:
