Job Description

As a Product Support Specialist II, you will troubleshoot Everi’s casino banking software, ensuring smooth in-casino transactions. You will diagnose and fix issues via email, remote tools, and phone, providing technical support to business clients. You will analyze issues to identify trends and share insights with internal teams. You will also track support cases, provide timely updates, and keep detailed records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly. (Approximately 100 words)
Must have:
  • 2+ years in product support
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in IT support, call centers, and networking
  • Microsoft SQL knowledge preferred

As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to hero troubleshooting Everi’s casino banking software—making sure every in-casino transaction goes smoothly. If you enjoy digging into tech issues and providing top-notch support to keep the action rolling, we want you on our team!

**Must be local to Las Vegas, NV to be considered**




What Will You Be Doing?

  • Handles client requests via email, remote tools, and phone to diagnose and fix issues.
  • Provides technical support to business clients; escalates complex problems as needed.
  • Analyzes issues to spot trends and shares insights with internal teams.
  • Performs or supports hardware/software diagnostics and applies fixes.
  • Tracks support cases, ensures timely updates, and keeps detailed records.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and respond promptly.






Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required industry licenses.
  • 2+ years in product support, preferably in gaming or related industries.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, CMS; Microsoft SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in IT support, call centers (fast-paced environments like Zappos or Amazon), and networking preferred.
  • Systems administration and basic programming a plus.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 - $31/per hour.
