Responsibilities
- Manage Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs separately to ensure a safe and compliant workplace and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintain environmental permits/programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Monitor and track program performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive the implementation and active maintenance of the site’s ISO 14001 and any other certification and management systems.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders (e.g.,Operational Leadership to communicate on performance and requirements). Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
