As a Contract Recruiter focused on Sales & Marketing (S&M) and General & Administrative (G&A) hiring, you will play a key role in scaling high-impact teams that directly influence Moloco’s growth trajectory and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across various functions, partnering with hiring managers, building sourcing strategies to attract talent, acting as a talent advisor, screening and assessing candidates, providing a positive candidate experience, maintaining data in the ATS, and collaborating with other teams on offer approvals and onboarding.

  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.

The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

As a Contract Recruiter focused on Sales & Marketing (S&M) and General & Administrative (G&A) hiring, you will play a key role in scaling high-impact teams that directly influence Moloco’s growth trajectory and operational excellence. Your ability to source, engage, and close top talent ensures we meet ambitious hiring goals and continue to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

The Opportunity:

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions, including Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies that attract passive and diverse talent using platforms like LinkedIn, ATS databases, referrals, and external networks.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions through data, market insights, and structured evaluation frameworks.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both technical requirements and Moloco’s values-driven culture.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely feedback.
  • Maintain data hygiene in the ATS (Greenhouse) and regularly report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops and Finance on offer approvals, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding readiness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable recruiting practices.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • You have 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring for Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions in fast-paced or growth-stage companies.
  • You are proficient with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Google Workspace.
  • You bring a consultative approach and have experience guiding hiring managers through complex or ambiguous hiring needs.
  • You have a strong understanding of compensation frameworks, leveling, and equity, and can confidently discuss them with candidates.
  • You’re organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple roles and departments.
  • You’re comfortable with high hiring volumes and aggressive timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You are metrics-driven and know how to interpret recruiting data to inform your strategies.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, high-trust, and mission-driven environment.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:

$124,800 - $187,200 USD
